JanaSena Party is an Indian Political party in states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana founded by Mr. Pawan Kalyan a famous actor turned to a politician. On 14th March, 2014. Pawan Kalyan formally launched the party at Hyderabad Convention Centre, Madhapur. He submitted an application for registering party name on 14th March 2014.

JanaSena Party was officially approved by Indian Election Commission on 11th December 2014 and it can participate for upcoming 2019 elections of both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. In November 2016, Mr. Pawan Kalyan announced his JanaSena Party office in Anantapur and it is the first party office. Pawan Kalyan

Konidela Kalyan Babu was born to Konidela Venkat Rao and Anjana Devi on September 2nd, 1971 in Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh. He is the young brother of Chiranjeevi and Nagendra Babu. The name “Pawan” has introduced after his martial arts presentation and he holds a black belt in karate. Pawan Kalyan is uncle of Tollywood actors Ram Charan, Varun Tej, and Sai Dharam Tej.


Pawan Kalyan is a Tollywood actor, screenwriter, writer, director, and producer. He made his debut Telugu film in 1996 “Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi”. In 1998, he launched his next movie Tholiprema and won National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu for that year. He got fame for his works in the films Gokulamlo Seetha, Suswagatam, Tammudu, Badri, Kushi, Jalsa, Gabbar Singh, and Attarintiki Daredi. For Gabbar Singh, he received Filmfare Award for Best Actor Male – Telugu. At another side, he has seen a lot of failures during his career like Johnny, Gudumba Shankar, Balu ABCDEFG, Bangaram, Annavaram, Puli, Teenmaar, Panja, and latest films such as Sardaar Gabbar Singh, Katamarayudu and Agnyaathavaasi.
